Don't speak with an insurance adjuster about your injuries - you are not a doctor. It is best to contact an attorney and let the lawyer speak to the adjuster. Insurance adjusters many times will offer you compensation for your injuries but this quick money in all likelihood will not be anywhere close to the amount that you would have received if an attorney had handled the case and either arrived at a settlement or had taken the case to trial.
